How to: White for Winter

I've always struggled on how to wear white for winter. I have a pair of white jeans that I've been meaning to pull out this season but for some reason I can't seem to decide how to style them. I don't tend to wear a lot of while anyways because coffee just seems to attract to it but when I saw this dress at the thrift store I knew I had to snag it. I wish I'd had this dress during the holidays! This outfit screams holiday party. This outfit is very out of my comfort zone but I wanted to push myself a little this year in terms of what I wear.

I paired the dress with one of my favorite purchases in the past few months - my Charlotte Russe black vest. I don't normally shop there but I found this vest and have been wearing it ever since as you've probably noticed if you've been following my blog for a while. I also just went for black tights and m faithful black booties from Sam Edelman.

I also paired the look with my vintage velvet purse I thrifted a few years ago. I don't get much use out of it but I love it for a winter party or if I don't need to carry much around.

Dress: Tobi (sold out)
